It's late and I just had the urge for a crunchy snack. But all I have is this glass of Maple-Cayenne-Lemonade. Here are some things I started doing when I felt like I might want to eat. Drink Lemonade. Take a Nap/go to sleep. Take the dog on a long walk. So far, those three things have saved me everyday. Usually my hunger is satisfied by the cayenne in the lemonade. The other part of eating that I miss is the planning, cooking and preparing. So far, I have gone into a grocery store and had a
