GRILLED CHEESE PLEASE - It's cold. It's rainy. I'm hungry. When I started to think of what quick yummy comfort dish would satisfy my taste buds, my first thought was a perfect grilled cheese sandwich. Two different versions came to mind. Buttered white bread with slices of Kraft American cheese...pretty basic. I then thought about my Grilled Cheese with Cheddar and Pickle which is always a favorite.
