I would not buy this product again. I didn’t see alot of problems that others had reported, but not really any results at all that were expected. I had occ. stomachaches, but no diarrhea. I had a few looses stools, but not many. The worst part was feeling bloated all the time. And I lost no weight! That was my main reason for trying it. And I did take along with the Acai as recommended. Maybe I didn’t have the right combination? It was shipped quickly and no problems with company!

I had researched different products online and thought I would give super cleanse a shot, since it was cheap and I really didn’t have much to lose. I have suffered with stomach problems for many years (IBS) and sometimes don’t go to the bathroom for days at a time. I use super cleanse a few times a week, and find that works good for me. I am still able to go to the bathroom atleast once or twice a day on the days I don’t take it. I take super cleanse usually on the weekends because I had the same complaints as some others on here…it makes you go to the bathroom a lot throughout the day, so stay close to home if you take it everyday! The only other little complaint…take the pills fast…they are kind of big but if you let them sit in your mouth for a few seconds they leave a bitter after taste.

I have been using SCC (Super Colon Cleanse) for over a year now at the rate of two pills/day. It has been one of the only things that has helped with my constipation. Since I quit smoking 5 years ago, I’ve been all backed up in that area.
SCC is about the only thing that works reliably. Two pills at night and I’m regular every day. However – and I swear this didn’t use to show up on the bottle when I first started buying it – Nature’s Secret claims that it shouldn’t be used long-term, meaning more than a few weeks. Oops! I’ve been using it for over a year now…every day!
Though the product works, and works well, you can become dependent on it. I am. I tried not taking it for a few days and had severe problems. Like another reviewer said, do some research on cascara sagrada and draw your own conclusions. The FDA has banned this product for use in over-the-counter drugs. I’m not saying the ingredient is dangerous, but do your homework.
I am now trying to get myself off the product, but it’s going to be tough. When you take this stuff on a regular basis, your body comes to need it to have BMs. Take it away and you’re going to have issues.
Great price, good product, but please read up on cascara sagrada and only take this product short-term. Read the whole label on the bottle and make an informed decision before you just start taking it every day.
Helps with Bloating

I’ve been taking these for about 2 weeks now and have really seen an improvement in my digestive system. I started out with just 1 pill twice a day and have SLOWLY worked up to taking 2 pills in the am and 2 in the pm. I did experience a little bit of loose stool, but now that my system has had a chance to adjust, it’s a lot happier. I like the fact that there are mostly natural ingredients, and no caffiene or ephedra-like side effects. No nausea or upset stomach either.

It does work, just give it time! I feel so much better when my colon is clean! So far, I use it for 7 days and wait at least a month before starting it again for 7 days.

I was scared to do any kind of colon cleanse but this product worked great! I am very pleased! It says on the bottle to use only for 30 days but it doesn’t say how long I should wait until I use it again…..???

I have severe constipation and this product did nothing for me. Must just be my own system that will not respond to this product. Guess I’ll continue to use the laxatives.

This product is good. Makes me regular and I seem to be loosing some weight to. the only thing is that it gives me REALLY REALLY bad gas but, I guess thats part of the detoxifying process. Other than that I feel really good, better than Ive been before.I really like this product and the price is right to.

I walked into my local health store (after I had purchased the colon cleanse) to buy a natural ‘clear my skin up’ product to couple with the cleanse. She said CLEAN UP YOUR DIET AND COME BACK. THEN WE’LL TALK. You should know that while this cleanse is unbelievable, you should consider this the perfect opportunity to clean up your diet too. The cleanse will be more beneficial and what’s to lose? Weight? Acne? Yep!
Cleanse started “working” after I worked my way up the 3 pills in the a.m. and p.m. Unlike other reviewers, the results have been natural and without any cleanse drama one might associate it with. I am off my acne medication and if I could post a results picture, you might fall off your chair. I’ve also lost weight and no longer have strong sugar cravings. When you consider an office co-pay ($40) and 2 Rx’s ($20), the deal just gets sweeter and sweeter. It probably goes without saying, but I could not be happier.
*minimally processed foods, dairy produced without rBST (this doesn’t mean Organic; Wal-mart brand milk is rBST free!), beef/chicken raised without hormones (Gold ‘n Plump) whole wheat, etc.

I have only been taking these pills for approximately 3 days and they have worked wonders with my diet.In the past 3 days I have lost 6 pounds of waste. My appetite is down and I feel great. I’m taking 2 pills a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. There is no stomach cramping, although my stomach has made a couple of growling noises at me..giving me a warning that it is time to go to the bathroom..but other than that..no real problems..I am going to continue using these pills. Looking forward to more waste (weight) loss…hip-hip-hooray!!!

Shipping was as high as product, and it was too high.I assumed that shipping was free , never showed untill it was too late. Product was not as strong as that i buy elswhere .I dont know why, well never again. This review is more on the seller who ripped me off on shipping. who never put shipping in plain site for a weak poor quality product.

These will clean out your colon but the dosage is a little confusing. They will easily give you two bowel movements a day and can work as a laxative as well if you are so inclined.
Overall it worked okay and for what I paid I did indeed get my money’s worth

This product makes you going to restroom more often and it can cause Mr. D. At first I felt like it cleanses, now after 2 weeks I donot have this feeling anymore.
I will continue taking it for another 2 weeks and then I will see if it will have had any positive influence on my body.
