I have recently attended a health seminar and forum about detoxification. It goes with vegetarianism, though not full, but seeing to it that one eats less meat and carbohydrates but more on fruits, vegetables, and root crops. I believe so that it could be one way of detoxifying one's body, especially the drinking of a lot of water first thing in the morning followed by salads and fruits. Well, we just had our turkey today and looks like we're needing some kind of supplement for colon cleanse! Hm
