This was recorded the day after day 10, because on the actual day 10, I was very sick with a cold, ironically. I finally weighed myself this morning and am 194 lbs from somewhere between 205-210. Although I feel 100% better,I still recognize that I have a long way to go. Therefore, I am going to eat only fruits and vegetables and lentils for the next 21 days with the hope of loosing an additional 15+ lbs. I will keep you all updated. Thanks for following my journey.
